Sarah Louise is a Melbourne based early childhood teacher, and mum of two, currently working towards a Master of Educational Leadership (Early Childhood) through Macquarie University. She has worked across the early childhood education and care sector for almost 20 years, in long day care settings, stand-alone kindergartens, community managed services and school based early learning centres. She is a loud and passionate advocate for children’s rights, social justice and ethical leadership, joining networks, groups and panels, and contributing to responses and submissions to government proposals wherever possible. Sarah Louise is presently employed by Semann & Slattery as an Associate. Her day to day work involves coaching, mentoring, and supporting early childhood educators and professionals locally and across Victoria in high quality leadership and pedagogy. She brings to her work a strengths-based approach that values and encourages a kind and courageous approach to people management.
